We are a professional organization that is licensed,
insured and inspected by the State of California through the
Los Angeles County Health Department.
State Sales Taxes
- Food, beverage services and equipment rental are subject to
California state sales tax. When Bahador is engaged in the food
service aspect, all charges including delivery become taxable.
Delivery - Delivery
is available seven days a week from 7AM to 7PM. Deliveries before
or after these hours will incur an additional charge.
Service Charges
- We charge a minimum of $72.00 per wait staff and $55.00 per
load staff. Bartenders are $28.00 per hour with a minimum of
4 hours. This covers loading, unloading, insurance, wear and
tear, handling expenses, salaries and service charges.
Gratuities - Tipping is appreciated when service meets or exceeds
your expectations. Gratuities are encouraged, but are left to
your discretion.
Ordering - Place
orders a minimum of seventy-two hours in advance of delivery.
All hor d'oeuvres and wedding buffets require a minimum 14 day
advance notice.
Cancellations - You may cancel your order by giving us notification
48 hours prior to delivery to avoid a 100% cancellation charge.
Specialty items and wedding orders are non-refundable.
Buffet Set-up
- Set-up of your buffet by our personnel, minimum $9.00.
Customer Pick-Up - You may pick up your order at our centrally
located facility.
All prices based upon minimum of 30 guests plus tax. Delivery
is extra (see above). Please order in even 10's.
Prices and menu subject to change without notice.
Rentals are available only in conjunction with a catering order
of $300.00 or more.
